Through their Workforce Development and Emerging Talent team, Novant Health launched Novant Health MCP to expand young people's understanding of healthcare careers and reach students well beyond their immediate service area. Alongside the app, STETRIS delivered a white-labeled College & Career Readiness for Healthcare course series to Novant's Bridges to Healthcare interns, pairing real career exploration with hands-on experience.
